How long does a roof replacement take?
Most single-family homes take one to three days, depending on roof size, pitch, layers to remove and weather.
Do I need to be home during the work?
No. We just need access to the property and an exterior power outlet. We'll walk you through the finished roof when we're done.
Are impact-resistant shingles worth it in Calgary?
For many homeowners, yes. Class 4 shingles hold up better to hail, and some insurers offer premium discounts for them. Ask your insurer, and we'll quote both options so you can compare.
Can you repair my roof instead of replacing it?
Often, yes. If the damage is limited and the roof has life left, we'll recommend a repair. We only recommend replacement when it's the better value.
