Window & door replacement in Calgary
Draft-free rooms, lower heating bills and a quieter home. New windows and doors only pay off when they're installed right, so we flash, insulate and seal every opening.
Windows built for Calgary winters
Calgary swings from -30°C cold snaps to warm chinooks, and that punishes poorly installed windows. We install triple- and double-pane units with low-E glass, then flash and air-seal every opening so moisture stays out and heat stays in.
Casement & awning
Tight-sealing windows that open outward. The most energy-efficient style.
Sliders
Simple, affordable and ideal for basements and wide openings.
Picture & bay windows
Big glass, great views and more natural light.
Entry doors
Steel and fibreglass doors with sidelites, multi-point locks and better insulation.
Patio doors
Sliding and hinged patio doors that open up to your deck or yard.
Basement egress
Larger basement windows for safety, light and code compliance.
Signs it's time to replace
- Drafts or cold spots near windows
- Condensation or fog between panes
- Frost building up on the inside
- Windows that stick or won't lock
- Rising heating bills
- Soft or rotting frames
Replacing siding too? Doing windows at the same time lets us flash them into the new wall system properly, and usually saves on labour.
Windows & doors FAQ
Double or triple pane: which is better for Calgary?
Triple pane offers the best efficiency and noise reduction for our climate. Good double-pane low-E glass is a solid budget option. We'll quote both.
How long does window installation take?
Most homes are done in one to two days once the windows arrive. Custom windows usually take a few weeks to manufacture.
Will it make a mess inside?
We protect floors and furniture near each opening and clean up as we go. Most of the work happens from the outside.
